‘THEN FOR NOW’

10 October – 14 November 2015

THEN FOR NOW, curated by artist Chantal Joffe and curator-critic Sacha Craddock, was a major group exhibition that brought together 18 former resident artists of Delfina Studio Trust, the predecessor to Delfina Foundation.

The exhibited works captured a particular moment in the history of the Studios, which spanned three decades. They are also testament to the impact that providing time and space can have on artistic development. This exhibition was also a collective gesture of artistic solidarity: the participants donated their works to support the next generation of artists through Delfina Foundation’s residency programme.

Participating artists included: Anna Barriball, Simon Bill, Ian Dawson, Tacita Dean, Ceal Floyer, Anya Gallaccio, Lucy Gunning, Chantal Joffe, Margherita Manzelli, Ishbel Myerscough, Danny Rolph, Eva Rothschild, Mark Titchner, Mark Wallinger, Martin Westwood, Jane & Louise Wilson, and Richard Woods.
